House Rules

Check-in at security guard station, then use access card in the condo. Make sure and leave the access card in the condo upon departure. Pets (for additional fee) must be well-behaved, and cleaned up after.

The space
This is an oasis within Orlando area. Relaxing environment with beautiful furnishings and decorations. 2nd floor with elevator access. Expertly cleaned.
Guest access
Guests will have access to all the pools in Reunion Resort (but not the water park or golf courses).
Personalized door entry to condo will be sent upon booking.
Entrance to gated facility requires check-in at guard station, then use access card in the condo after that.

If you rent our van also, it has a transponder that automatically gets through the gates.
Additional notes
Enjoy the game room in the detached garage which includes corn hole, darts, and pop-a-shot basketball. Dog park is a 5 minute walk away.

Ask us about possibly renting our 8 passenger van for an additional daily fee (2015 Honda Odyssey)--cheaper than any rental agency for a van of this size. Van is rented through Turo.

Neighborhood overview
The gorgeous neighborhood is great for walking or jogging. Luxurious feel with acres of beautiful magnolia, palms, and oak trees with southern-style Spanish moss. A pool view from the deck. Dog park next to children's play area. Relaxing water fountain just feet away.
Getting around
Three golf courses weave throughout the resort area and the beautiful homes and condos are perfectly viewed by strolling the area. Great for jogging/running and biking around the neighborhood. Champions Gate and dozens of restaurants and shopping within 1-2 miles. Just a 30 minute drive to Orlando International Airport (MCO)--in good traffic conditions.
